How it works:

 

Step 1 - Complete Contact Form 

Please fill out our online form below and we'll be in touch to learn more about you, your pets and what services you are interested in and answer any questions you may have. When you are ready to get started, we’ll send you a Welcome email along with a link to our pet scheduling software (Precise Petcare) where you will enter all of your pet(s) and home information.

Step 2 - Exploratory call 

We will contact you to ask you a few questions about your pets to make sure we can fulfill your request and then we will schedule the Meet & Greet.

Step 3 - Meet & Greet

Prior to the start of your first service, we will schedule a meeting at your home to introduce ourselves and spend some quality time getting to know you & your pet(s). We’ll review and confirm the pertinent information about your home and pet care routine and answer any additional questions you may have. Please make sure to have 2 spare keys available for Dana Do! Pet Concierge to keep on file (even if you use garage/door codes or app entry) and payment in full is due at the time of the meeting, this reserves your scheduled visits.

 

Step 4 - Schedule Your Services 

You can now request our pet care services at any time via https://dana-do.petssl.com/account. If possible, please allow at least 

7 days notice for all new service requests (this allows enough time to set up the meet & greet & to confirm availability). Once your service request has been scheduled we will send you a confirmation via email & invoice.
